Paul Mawhinney was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. Over the years he has amassed what has become the world's largest record collection. Due to health issues and a struggling record industry Paul is being forced to sell his collection.

This is the story of a man and his records.

Very special, Reverend Beat Man is a one man show from Swiss, a one man label named Voodoo Rhythm Records and mixture of rockabilly, garage-rock and punk and art. Simple beats and riffs overlaying by his rough voice, so he's praying his evangelium of trash blues.

Saw the movie: "Gimme Shelter" for the first time summer 1982 in Berlin (West) at a movie theater in the Hardenberg-Strasse. I remember very well about this evening, because it was a Music Movie Night beginning with Gimme Shelter, Bob Dylan's "Renaldo and Clara" and at last "Rust never sleeps", Neil Young's great concert movie. I know it like today, that we drove home with the U-Bahn Linie 1 and I sat at the opposite-seat of Albrecht Metzger, the "Germany proudly presents" hosts of Rockpalast. Albrecht Metzger wore two different socks. The early 80s in Wall-City. A mixture of punk, rock, alternative art. Crazy music at the SO36 in Kreuzberg, Hansaplast and Bowie "Heros".
